Direct Cremation (Unattended Cremation)
- Our private ambulance to convey from a private residence, care home, hospital, or Coroner’s mortuary within 15 miles and within office hours only*
- Paperwork for cremation to completed by the client in our funeral home
- Confirming arrangements with the crematorium & completing all relevant documentation
- Cremation at a day and time of your choice – No funeral service but attendance by mourners is possible at the crematorium
- Cremation at our local crematorium: Bournemouth
- Providing a suitable cremation coffin in a standard size up to 6’2” x 22”
- Transporting the coffin to the crematorium in a hearse with a funeral director and a driver
- Option to collect cremated remains from our funeral home or from the crematorium; or scatter in the Garden of Remembrance (unwitnessed)
- Use of our selected SAIF Care Bereavement Counselling service
- Full payment required in advance
Attended Cremation Funeral
- Our private ambulance to convey the deceased from a private residence, care home, hospital, or Coroner’s mortuary within 15 miles and within office hours only*
- Making funeral arrangements in our funeral home
- Confirming arrangements with the crematorium & completing all relevant documentation
- Cremation service at a day and time of your choice
- York – Elm veneer coffin in standard size up to 6’2” x 22”, fully fitted with a nameplate
- Transporting the coffin to the crematorium in a hearse
- On the day of the funeral, staffing and conducting the funeral to its conclusion to include Funeral Director and 4 bearers*
- Obtaining all necessary forms and documents required by the authorities
- Corresponding with all necessary 3 rd party professionals, organisations and authorities
- An online Obituary page created via our much-loved portal
- Guidance with the order of service including music

- Making the funeral arrangements either in your own home or at our funeral home
- Confirming arrangements with the Burial Authority or Crematorium & completing all relevant documentation
- Church Service, Cemetery Chapel or Cremation Service at a day and time of your choice
- Provide choices of coffins or caskets, including fittings and linings. Our Funeral Director will discuss this with you and advise you of the cost for this
- Use of our hearse, cortege to start from address as required to the Church, local Crematorium or Cemetery (our matching Executive Mercedes Limousine/Saloon cars are available at an additional cost)
- Use of our hearse to transport deceased to the burial ground or crematorium following a Church or Chapel service
- On the day of the funeral, staffing and conducting the funeral to its conclusion to include Funeral Director and four/ six bearers
- Obtaining all necessary forms and documents required by the authorities
- Corresponding with all necessary parties and organisations such as Minister/Celebrant, Doctors, Crematoriums & Cemetery Authorities etc
